SALEM INDUSTRY L.L.C | SALEM, the after sales service policy is to achieve maximum level of customer satisfaction to increase the lifetime of the products, eliminates the health, safety and environment risks which may arise from faulty operation or neglected maintenance.

The approach is to offer service in time, without compromising from high quality standards and to never leave the customers with unsolved problems. SALEM takes it into account that the products are carrying the brand. And so, significant investments have been applied and to its development.

The services include remote help, technical support, commission, operation and maintenance of instructions, announcing system upgrades and improvements on the products throughout its entire service life. Also, to offer more comprehensive, location and product specific service packages upon agreement.

Proposal

SALEM is prepared to partner with stakeholders such as oil companies, station owners, large fleet owners and industries wishing to invest in newer technology for spreading the Virtual Natural Gas Network.

SALEM stands committed to work as a team with stakeholders in carrying out feasibility study, safety analysis and providing the required technical and commercial support. The stakeholders will be extensively trained on operating the system and carrying out routine maintenance.

Provides round the clock service support to its customers. Possible interventions during the life cycle of the equipment are as follows:

Spare

Parts

Maintains stock of cryogenic components and the same is shipped to the customers in the shortest possible time.

Regularly arranges training classes mainly for turnkey station suppliers to be conversant with LNG cryogenic technology and components. This session includes educational programs about different technical aspects for the station achievement in particular to safety, risk analysis and emergency plan, technical management and maintenance.

Inspection which analyze the current condition of the system, determines the level of service or maintenance, remote help, and support for in-site repair or re-qualification.

Offers location and product specific services including periodic maintenance and regular preventive checks.
